At Applied Cyro Technologies our people are the heart of our organization and the foundation of our company. On this foundation stand these four pillars of success: quality, experience, technical innovation and customer satisfaction. We measure our success by the value and benefits that we provide to our customers and we do this by understanding the complexities of an ever-evolving worldwide market.
Founded by Bob Ernull, Jack Smith and Tim Lowrey, Applied Cryo Technologies’s executive management team brings a unique skill set of engineering know how, operational execution and outstanding customer service to the cryogenic equipment manufacturing industry.
The ACT name is synonymous with quality. Our corporate culture is based on the understanding that every employee plays a direct role in providing consistent quality. It’s this level of trust and accountability that has allowed ACT to raise the bar of what our customers have come to expect from equipment manufacturers.
ACT is a collection of industry experts. With a design and management team that has over 200 years of combined experience, ACT is as much of an engineering firm as we are a manufacturer. We pride ourselves in being an extension of our customer’s engineering departments so they can focus on their primary business.
ACT considers itself an engineering firm with an R&D focus. We understand payload optimization, cryogenic tank design and gas distribution systems better than anyone in the business resulting in increased net earnings for our customers and improved ROI’s. We’ve done extensive market research to discover what end users like, dislike, want and need. We’ve received an incredible amount of feedback from end users and this feedback has guided our efforts in designing products and turn-key solutions that are on the cutting edge of the industry.
Customer Satisfaction has always been a cornerstone of what we understand to be total quality in products and services. Our goal is to have competitively priced products that add value to our customers while at the same time offering unparalleled quality and design, superior workmanship, on-time delivery and top notch customer service. Building trust in a customer-supplier relationship begins with meeting these essential customer requirements.
